Sensitive To a Woman’s Search for Natural Beauty

Me and my family never imagined the radiant Belinda Utsinger, my life-long soul mate, might someday cover her head with wigs. Her voluminous hair and fashion added so much to her femininity. Guess what? The one and only remains the center of attention for her attitude. Not many in town think to notice that she relies on quality black women’s wigs. Guess it’s no secret anymore.

When we were youths finding our way in Arizona, we always knocked ‘em dead. Of course, until her alopecia reared its head and she became nearly bald. I did hint at these lace wigs. Oh well, balding was no big deal to her. Undeterred by her hair loss, she took the time and fully owned her shaved head.

Attending our alma mater’s golf competition, we taunted the players till someone purposefully threw the orb (or whatever you call it) into the stands. With quick reflexes she dove for the ball and her cute little hat jumped from her head, unveiling her hair (or lack thereof). As though nothing were amiss, she lobbed it playfully back to the field. She’s that kind of girl.

Of course, it eventually got to her. One time she invited me over for a “Gilmore Girls” binge, the day she grabbed my arm and informed me that she opts to make do with a shorn head out of anger. She could never look at beautiful wigs, though she knew it was a good idea. At that moment the punk stopped talking and demanded that I dismiss the notion. So I did.

I couldn’t drop it. That night, I IM’d with her about taking care of this wig problem. After a long deliberation we both ended up with the only logical action: we’d buy each other wigs Wigs for the both of us, on me!

We had a great time, stunned by the possibilities. We never knew that synthetic wigs were so confidence inspiring for so many women. These wigs for women’s hair loss were exactly what she needed. As for me, put together a delightfully creative set of outfits to go with my wig. We’re inseparable, you know. Recently she thanked me for her wig, and confessed it fosters a lost identity for many occasions. It’s a relief to have helped little miss attitude rediscover the sassy, feminine girl I remember. I love her so much!
