absolutely delicious that you can make and keep in your freezer<br />
or have available to cook at a moments notice ready to cheer you<br />
up when you feel nothing but food will do the trick. </p>
<p>How about keeping some hearty warming soup in your freezer and<br />
eating it with crusty bread from ready-to-bake rolls? Or serving<br />
up childhood treats like boiled egg and toast or milky puddings<br />
made with low-fat milk? How about cooking some potato wedges<br />
with very little oil &#8211; and enjoying a mini feast without the<br />
calories of French Fries. No matter what you like there will be<br />
something healthy which works for you.</p>

Yet in LA, every one of those women from New York would start feeling fat within minutes of stepping foot off the airplane!</p>
<p>One of the main factors is probably due to the weather. Yes! We are going to blame this on the weather! There is not a time of year, in LA that you cannot be comfortable wear a bathing suit. What that means is, there not a time in the year that exercising and dieting ever truly stops.</p>
<p>Now get this juicy fact, the more clothes you take off in LA, the more looks you are going to get, but in New York, the more you have on in clothing, the more looks you&#8217;re going to get. It is like a dress code that no one really knows about, but it turns out to be true fact. All because of the changing of seasons, you cover it up, curiosity starts happening in the minds of the men.</p>
<p>Here is what you need to do to be notice in LA. You must be wearing, tight jeans, carrying this year&#8217;s purse and, on your feet, this season&#8217;s shoes. Turning that around and head for New York, its a dress that gets the looks. Why? It is because of their weather. What you wear can covers up a multitude of sins, meaning those extra few pounds that would make you invisible back in LA, makes you a hot mama in New York!</p>
<p>Those who visit both sides of the coast feel it is healthier for all women to visit the coast opposite of where they may live now. It would open your eyes to the fact that not being a size 0 is not the end of the world. Think what a field trip would be like for teenage girls who feel they are either too fat or too thin? How about getting them visit the opposite coast line of where they live now? There would a change in attitude when they get to see that its better or worse depending on where they are from.</p>
<p>Those in the middle of the West and East coast, well I don&#8217;t know what it is like for them but be warned not to visit Miami anytime soon. There they don&#8217;t wear anything but bikini tops and short shorts. It has been said that a very buff size 0 from LA felt fat, when she got off the plane in Miami.</p>
<p>What this really means ladies, whereever you might live; it all boils down to this. Be happy with who you are, diet and exercise under a doctor&#8217;s supervision, and don&#8217;t worry about what other women size may be. Ask any man, they love us, no matter what size big or small we may be.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Crystal ball gazing has been around for thousands of years, although nobody knows for sure when it was first used as a way of channelling the thoughts buried deep within the subconscious mind.</p>
<p>Using a crystal ball in order to visualise events is a form of scrying. While crystal ball gazing is the most popular and therefore most recognised form of scrying, any reflective surface can be used. A bowl of waterof even better, inkworks well, as does a mirror.</p>
<p>A common misconception is that a crystal ball has magical powerssupernatural qualities that enable it to foresee the future. This is untrue and if we consider that the Buddhist name for quartz crystalthe crystal from which scrying balls are madeis &#8220;visible nothingness&#8221;, we can understand that it&#8217;s the clearness of the crystal that gives it extraordinary scrying qualities.</p>
<p>When using a crystal ball, a state of light trance is induced, a state very similar to that reached during meditation. This state of trance gives the gazer a dissociation of consciousness that allows information to pass through to the &#8220;mind&#8217;s eye&#8221;. It&#8217;s here we see images, not in the crystal ball itself.</p>
<p>Crystal ball gazing takes patience as it can be weeks before images are seen. Using a crystal ball isn&#8217;t simply a matter of wishing for supernatural powers; the gazer needs to increase her awareness of her higher levels of consciousness. It&#8217;s therefore important that:</p>
<ul>
<li>Scrying takes place when you&#8217;re unlikely to be disturbed</li>
<p>
<li>You sit in subdued lighting (candle light is recommended)</li>
</p>
<p>
<li>You place the crystal ball or bowl of water on a dark, preferably black, surface in order to eliminate reflections</li>
</p>
<p>
<li>You relax into a meditative state</li>
</ul>
<p> Never try to see images &#8211; it&#8217;s important that they&#8217;re allowed to appear naturally. Look &#8220;through&#8221; the crystal ball at the image inside in much the same way as you&#8217;d view a &#8220;magic eye&#8221; picture.</p>
<p>Images may appear cloudy at first. Rather than concentrating on them, look past the cloudiness until it clears. Some of those using a crystal ball describe the sensation of crystal ball gazing as &#8220;staring into a bottomless void&#8221;.</p>
<p>Once images have formed, use your instincts to interpret them. Go with your first thoughts. Remember that the images are messages being sent from deep within your subconscious mind so your first thought will be a reaction to the message you&#8217;re receiving even though you may not be aware of it.</p>
<p>One question that&#8217;s almost always asked is &#8220;can crystal ball gazing foresee the future?&#8221; While fairground charlatans would have you believe that it&#8217;s possible, the truth is that our future paths are dependent upon the choices we make throughout life so there&#8217;s no possible way of knowing exactly what will happen. Crystal ball gazing can help the viewer foresee minor events that are already bound to happen and that the subconscious mind understands, but these are of very little relevance.</p>
<p>However, it&#8217;s important to understand that crystal ball gazing, or any other form of scrying, isn&#8217;t recommended for anybody of a nervous disposition. Nobody knows for sure what kind of images will appear when using a crystal ball, or what the messages being sent from the subconscious mind may be. Sometimes they can be quite disturbing.</p>
